It is now widely accepted that it is not only what somebody does but how that task is carried out that really makes a difference to how our patients, service users and our staff evaluate the quality of a service. At Hertfordshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (HPFT) we are looking for people to join us who share our values of being welcoming, kind, positive respectful and professional in all that we do.
